The Quest and the Questions

Join us for a four-day exploration of how to best translate Integral Theory into action in a world that is both enthusiastic and reluctant to change. Integral Leadership in Action (ILiA) is a nonprofit, volunteer organization dedicated to the exploration and development of Integral Leadership. This Homecoming is not a spectator sport. It will depend on the brilliance of what YOU bring - your experience, your passion, your burning questions. Since true learning and personal resourcing is peer to peer, we have designed the Homecoming as a tapestry of experiences, keynote speakers, connections, and practices.
The program is designed to bring us together in a collective inquiry that maps out our disparate worldviews (yes, in a giant mind map) and then discovers and explores our emergent compelling questions using Knowledge Café and Open Space technologies. When you are not listening to a keynote or making a tribal connection, you will be participating in Integral Leadership practices that will harvest our collective wisdom!
Please bring your brilliance and personal wisdom, as it will make this a richer experience for all of us. As Grandma used to say regarding cooking, “If you put all of that yummy stuff together, it is going to taste good!”
- Be part of emergent Integral Leadership
- Increase your Integral Leadership skill set
- Engage in bringing the collaborative alive
- Experience an example of the “Infinity Factor,” the polarity of deriving energy, vigor, strength and inspiration, while contributing to the evolution of Integral Leadership
